How to make everyday engaing to us.

2. We need to use trick us to done a work by a real pressure on us.for example: parents are need help at 8 pm . So, complete all the works before the deadline time.
3. Use tricks which works for you, there lazy to start with wake up at 10 am. next week 9 am I need to wake up. By continue the progress reach to a point of 5am club.
