How to Overcome Boredom and Build Habits for Personal Growth: A Journey of Consistency and Self-Improvement

BOREDOM

The reason for boredom is a person's understanding about their life. In his perspective the goals which he set wasn't changed in his life to a path that improve all . however that took his life in a place he can't able to be himself anymore in his life. He couldn't find any moment to enjoy . He couldn't find anything interesting to do in his life. He couldn't find any mandatory reason to work . Nothing is there to do for him in the time .so, He start to watch and distract himself from the world .There, he start to watch movies, tv shows which actually creepy that he told himself that it's funny. I'm enjoying that jokes which is actually he hate at the most time compare to anything else in the world. Time passes from days to months and later few years also wind up from his life. At  a point came that he let go for one more time to try his goals in the remaining life. which he get his life journey to a place with a happy days.

Habits:
            yeah! I start to do habits like drawing ,writing a journal, try to be fit, set a time for daily usage of phone and so on. By setting some habits makes me to give a tick in note or in my phone that I accomplished today list by that kept myself boosted. At the end of the month. I see some progress in set of habits like drawing .I fear to draw at school days and few month before also that I want to clear the point now I'm too bad at drawing later to my surprise. I gradually see the progress in the drawn pages that kept to draw more to be for good drawing finally a month after I can see that I drawn a picture almost ditto it. I was really happy to see that I can do anything in consistent practice for to do it.

Consistency :
                     Mam or Sir these guy needed to be known that these consistency makes changes all the way of me now. I make consistent ticks  in my notes. By that I felt motivate to do the next list of work can be  done by today itself . This process kept me alive in the work as well as my mental health. I wasn't want to hype this consistency but these is really worth for the hype. We understand the potential of us at the consistency stage .   

Review  :    
               All the time I started to be consistent but wasn't changed me in a better way . until I review the work is in the progress or not progressing. I later understand lot about the review our habits is so, important to find that which is suiting to us. By that We can remove the habits. which we can't see the progress anymore so, we need to quit some long strike rate habits for our growth reasons . for example drawing is not progressing so, I quit for now. but  If I felt to draw surely I go for a paper to draw at the free time. By this process we can change our primary habits and secondary habits make it as a real time worthy habits which really suits us or at any point. I quit and try a new habit.

Keep :
           the best habit is about finding a new one and making it as our best weapon  kept it with us for whole life then for me is writing . One sample for that I kept seeing that in my notes . I written something on notes like today these happened and then start to write on the dairy. Later ends up here now you try to find something at your early days to now something stickup with us  for a long time like listening to music Like that ask yourself and make it as your fine weapon to fight for the life in this world. one thing I can say that a habit is not easily forgotten by a person so, it stay with us deep inside of our mind.
   
Find :
         A search always gives as what we want in some ways .we have to keep on try to do something new and make it as a habit then the process to filter it at the end of the month .  keep search to find a one that keep us away from all distraction given by this world . Keep on improve yourself and go for it and try to do a new thing we may like that at the end of the day.

Journey: 
              It's just about us at the end of the day. so, I want to enjoy the journey without hurting anyone. The past I hate some people but, now I don't need to hate anyone because I understand lot in these journey and I really felt worth for these  journey at the end of every single .I felt that it's about being something left it incomplete not about the day but I eagerly wait for the next day to arise and give my best at all my soul to these life that's all.
