A Journey to Self-Improvement and Fulfillment
From the last blog, Let's continue the story about Sai has bad habits which he try to quit . later, He understood that it's not easy to control . He kept the habits at limited times could be done in a day slowly it became less tempting to do. Then at a point, he doesn't think about the habits, for few weeks later. He make that habit far away from him. He handle these by making a less tempting and less interesting compared to his other works, How he made that possible let's see in the following steps that Sai goes through in his life.
- Life is going faster than we think at the second itself we wasted our time.
- How we make the time to be slow for us by keeping away distractions and have all the time to do work .
- The Phone is a device make us learn and connect with more people. Nothing more than needed for a purpose using a phone.
- We forgot to give importance to family and quality time to spend with them .A time we are in social media is more than with our own family.
- We take, other person as guaranteed is really right so, many years later I understand that no one is guaranteed to be a good at all points with us keep it less expectations from others. About yourself to others about less expectation.
- Don't take any person us your toy and behave on that toy aggressively Please try to be gentle with your toy and the person is your mom or a sister(for fun you did tell them that all it's make them laugh.).
- Don't try all at once in a day. But at least try one, which give interest do in next task
- Check your habits Monthly and see it's grow in a certain point . Do you feel it's not going to be work anymore go to next habit or a goal.
- Quitting is not a bad thing, In my life 2 years of drawing practice doesn't seems progress so, I quit it for now and I try the new habit in the mean time to be for practice time.
- If you feel bored at this time start to do next days work on today itself by that we will be free for tomorrow to enjoy watching a good movie or just relaxing seeing nature at morning time.
- Start to do exercise that give you a boost to do work on 2 minutes rule that try to read a chapter of a book for about 2 minutes. later, If you felt not interest in the reading stop it. Do some other work using 2 minutes.( 2 minutes rule by James clear)
- Who want's to die as a loser in there life. I surely don't want to die as a loser in my life.
- I just want to be remember with all the failures that provide a beautiful days. I tried at least in my life.
- I want to see that have a full-filled life with all my actions in my past as well as my present self.
- "Don't need to worry about others growth". The passion and hard work you are doing it means that you can achieve your goals in every struggle point of the life.
